Designer, Co-Inventor of digital encoder mechanism in order to keep track of earth's rotational speed (15 arc-seconds / second) when tracking stars and galaxies to keep object on telescope visual range.
Telescope Control System permitted astronomers to zoom in with accuracy, on distant galaxies in our Universe that exposed the recent creation of Nova and Super Nova galaxies, as well as the chemical composition of newly found stars.
